what is HUMAN DESIGN?

Human Design is a self-awareness tool, not a self-diagnostic tool. It is a relatively new system that gives you the insight you have been looking for to understand yourself on a deeper level. It combines information from existing modalities to create a unique Chart based on the time and location of your birth. By exploring the elements in your individual Chart, Human Design has the potential to change the way you think about yourself, how you process emotions, and how you make decisions.   

Humans have both a conscious and subconscious aspect to their existence. In Australia, Kinesiology is a holistic health care approach that incorporates muscle monitoring techniques to gain biofeedback from your nervous system. It is a stress management tool that can help reduce any physical, emotional and mental stressors to positively affect your overall health and well-being. In my practice, it has proven to be an exceptional mechanism to support you on your deconditioning journey.
